Pavlova Care

Pavlovas are topped with freshly cut fruit and whipped cream and must be refrigerated to keep them at their very best.

 

As soon as your pavlova is delivered place it in the fridge.

After you have bought it out to serve please place any leftovers into an airtight container to prevent it from absorbing odors and moisture from other foods in the fridge.

They are  best consumed within a few days.
