Hello, my name is Anna. I am a Kiwi who loves making Pavlovas. They have a crispy exterior and a fluffy marshmallow interior.  They are topped with freshly whipped vanilla cream and fresh ripe seasonal fruit.

 

We are a couple who just love to cook and eat together and to entertain guests. We have a love of all things Greek, especially the cuisine. Nectarios has Greek heritage and uses his late mother’s traditional recipes that come  from the island of Symi. He is passionate about cooking hearty meat and seafood dishes that are true comfort food. He is an abstract artist who paints beautiful canvases in his home studio.
